Wheat from the chaff again Long and Short. It's too insignificant to be of concern... Rush is guilty of going to different Doctors and black marketing RX with his maid. But nothing is happening to him. Wonder why. He has the money to do what he wanted. Other's are too poor to pay off Doctors... They might be forced to take care of themselves by cheating. But, Rush did more than cheat.
