I addressed my inquiry to Oliver H. Timmins, Attorney and President of Oilex, Inc. and sent it to Oilex corporate headquarters in Houston. I sent my letter certified mail. After approximately 40 days, it was returned to me by the Post Office marked "Refused". In addition, I faxed a copy of the letter to Oilex corporate headquarters and my fax machine verified that it went through. Futhermore, I have reason to believe that the faxed letter was received by someone in a position of authority at Oilex headquarters. However, I have received no response from Mr. Timmins or anyone else at Oilex. As to why I have not received a response, that is the $64 question. I might suggest that you make that inquiry directly of Oilex and, at the same time, ask for a copy of my letter. I find it unfathomable that, as a shareholder, my correspondence was refused, much less, responded to.

I wholeheartedly agree with you about the benefit of unbiased information concerning a company, management, etc., especially when dealing with BB stocks.

To Larry Sallee: from your postings, it appears that you have good contacts at Oilex and seem to be able to correspond with and receive information from someone in authority. Given my difficulty, perhaps you could indicate to me how to gain such access.
