No, what I meant that it is NOT the application nor the machine but the the OS that drive both of these. As someone else put it on this thread, the OS is the soul. Change the inviroment and keep the same Apps and productivity/creativity sinks. RE: the Clones. That Model which worked for Microsoft , was one that was deployed at the right place at the right time. It will never work with the Apple clones in this present times 2000+. The Apple clones are happy to take away from Apples market and not create this 10:1 neccessary for a positive crossover. Doomed from the start and now Jobs is making it sink in. I can hear him in the Board room... "Show me the money"
