Divergence Noted: As index prices approached/broached new YTD lows this morning, we should have seen a huge increase in the New Low list. Hasn't happened. Less than 100 new lows seen today so far.. finance.yahoo.com It seems that holders are no longer accepting lower prices for their stock sales. A Bullish divergence. We've probably seen the lows in price on most stocks. New Moon tomorrow, BTW.
