Kerry doesn't waffle. His views are just moderate, which means he necessarily considers both sides and seeks to bring them together in a bi-partisan manner. A big lie of the Bush campaign is that moderate compromise is "waffling" or "flipping". In fact when it comes to flip-flops Bush has dozens and actualoly needs more. Most of his policies now are so flawed he needs to change (ir flip-flop). Bush has flipped on the reasons for war about 27 times, hasn't he?

Bush remains an extremist rightwing radical trying too late to run as a moderate. But he already lied about that in 2000 so he doesn't get a second chance. If you want extreme rightwing one-party rule, vote Bush. Otherwise, get rid of the SOB.
