The Palestinians killed a few Israeli soldiers in the Occupied Territories, and Israel has responded by going on a rampage. Granted, this isn't quite up to the level of two years ago (when Israel killed 500 Palestinians in Jenin and other villages). But dozens have been killed and 1000 homeless, so far. So, what is the incentive to avoid hitting civilians? Tom
