The chart looks good. Not sure about the stock fundamentals. Share price has been much higher, and is now testing a double bottom. From their website: SHARE INFORMATION SmarTire's authorized capital is 300 million common shares without par value and 20,000 preferred shares with a par value of $1,000 per share. Shares outstanding as at February 29, 2004: 79.16 Million.
