The article raises far more questions than it answers; I was under the impression that BSFE won the law suit and was going forward with its operations at Fairhaven, but had to come into some technical compliance with State environmental laws, and signed a consent decree to that effect. Now it appears that BSFE will have to pay to close up the landfill and take care of 50,000 tons of waste. What a victory! On the other hand, some savvy investors have put up real dollars to fund the operation. It appears to me that the company has a viable asset in its proprietary reclamation process, that there is a need for it, and with sufficient capitalization could be able to profitably pursue its specialty. Time will tell. Jack
