I do not have all the numbers, but it is this flat rate which is not palatable to the owners of Apple. I believe the rate% on value of system sold is what Apple has on the Table.

So $50 on the bottom and $200 on the top per systems, sounds fair to me. But since Pcomputing is plucking the market with the high end Sytstems they want to keep the $50 flat fee.
