I do think that is what KERRY said he would do. No, he didn't. That's what his "definers" said he would do. He hasn't said that, at least best I can tell given his style of expression. At least not yet. What he has said is that he'd do pretty much what Bush is doing except he'd be more colleagial with our allies, er, former allies and would spare the world the 'tude. Sounds like the best of both worlds to me. <g>
