Roads aren't the problem and you know it. I also suspect you know no matter how many troops we would have committed we couldn't close that border tight. As I'm sure you also know by not being allowed Pakistani air space or the ability to shoot at them emerging in Pakistan from tunnels, etc that there was little doubt that we weren't going to corral them all.
