Form 10-Q for DIGITAL VIDEO SYSTEMS INC biz.yahoo.com Looks pretty grim. They lost $6M last quarter. Working capital has declined from $1.0 million at December 31, 2003 to a $2.7million deficit at March 31, 2004. Our line of credit in Korea has been reducedto $30.5 million at March 31, 2004, with further reductions anticipated duringthe second quarter, and our operations in the United States will requireadditional funding. Consequently, an infusion of equity and/or debt subordinateto our existing bank debt may be required to help fund our operations. There isno assurance that the Company will be able to raise additional capital onacceptable terms or at all.
