To anyone - I hope that someone can help me make sense of some of the numbers that WIND reported today. I have the following questions for anyone with the info - if noone can answer these question, maybe someone can ask on the conference call tomorrow.

1) WIND reported $3.870 million net - Weighted average shares outstanding, used in the computation of earnings per share for the current quarter and the corresponding quarter of the previous year, were 28,373,000 and 24,728,000, respectively. However, they also reported "25,802 and 25,382 share issued, and 25,489 and 25,269 shares outstanding"???

I took the 140 million $ and divided by the $48.5 conversion price and got approx 2.88 million shares which also happens to be the difference between the weighted average shares outstanding used to determine EPA and the 25,489 shares reported as being outstanding..

Am I correct in assuming that they already accounted for the dilution and reported based on the diluted basis??? If this is the case, they could have reported 15 cents as I figure it.

2) Why is the deferred revenue of 11,423,000 considered a liability?

If anyone can shed any light, please do so - Thanks

Carolyn
