Looks like I missed a good "food fight" on this issue.

I have long since come to recognize that most US govt. stats owe much to Tinkerbelle. The numbers have been sprinkled with "magic dust" for years now and are simply well entrenched in "Never-Never Land". Keeping track of the lay-offs gives one a darned good feel for what is going on vivs-a-vis employment and for this past two years those stats have been pure ugly.
