The blessing of Abraham now belong to the Christian people-the new Israel of God. Romans 2;28,29 and Galatians 3:28,29 etc. When God made the new covenant with the House of Israel and the House of Judah he abolished the old covenant. When God says "And i will bless them that bless thee..." , he is speaking the children of Abraham who have the faith of Abraham. After the enactment of the new covenant some 2000 years ago the children of Abraham are only recognized through faith in Christ Jesus.
