Dennis: I've heard about the plans for a Grapevine RAIN, and it'll
definitely be worth a trip up there when it opens. I think it would
be neat if they built a special bat-themed Rainforest Cafe here in
Austin, since we're big on bats here.

Well, I'm not really an expert on Japanese twitch 3D games, but
I would have to say Sega and Namco do a lot of the best work. I just
expected Dave & Buster's to have the absolute newest games as a
selling point, but they mainly had last year's games at the Houston
store. The Sega City arcade here in Austin has Virtual On, Killer
Instinct 2, Fighting Vipers, and quite a few others that I didn't
see at Dave & Buster's. DANB was nice, though, and it had more of
an upscale and family atmosphere, with better demographics than
the typical street-tough arcade crowd.
