washingtonpost.com Very depressing summary of the Iraq situation. Unfortunately, things seem to be going as I expected. Yeah, I know, it's all the liberal media stressing the bad and ignoring the good, and everything is really going just fine. Not. This one gave me a good laugh, though: Ahmed Chalabi, a council member who heads the Iraqi National Congress and has close ties with the Pentagon, said at a news conference Monday that "the Iraqi government must have exclusive and complete control over the army and security services of Iraq." Bald man wants a comb.
