Robert, I find myself very attracted to the ideas expressed in your posts. I myself believe that much of life can be explained by the theory of random chance. Horrible things happen to wonderful people; some creeps live for 90 years! And while I'm here, hi, Steve! You sound like you're concerned about your patients, and that's positive, but I know several board-certified, very prominent orthopaedic surgeons real well, and it takes about an hour to do a total hip replacent, at least. And no, they don't charge by the minute! I guess if you do it in fifteen minutes, prayer would be a really good idea! And why is your god always a guy?
