Wells thrashed around for 2-4 years before Northwest got them.

When Wells took over FIB, they offered a pretty sweet deal t a large chunk of managers to go quitely. So good a deal that a number of managers sued Wells because they were NOT on the list to be sacked.....

Wells also had some ATM problems.

I have seen similar problems in semiconductor manufacturing, but not as bad as FIB. Sounds like a John Cleese (monty python ) sketch.
