The TOU rules are not enforced in an even-handed manner (not even close), therefore they should be completely disregarded.

It is the moral duty of all decent humans to rebel against petty tyrannies (as well as the non-petty tyranny established by the current cabal of criminals, thieves and miscreants running our nation).
