Why is it important to minimize the
number of deaths attributable to the SH regime and
to ensure that the U.S. receives more blame for any deaths
than the SH regime?

Some posters bristle when I make these observations,
but the reality is that they are prepared to believe
the worst of us, especially the worst of this administration, and to give every conceivable benefit of
the doubt to our enemies, characters like SH, and so-called
allies like France and Germany, whose back-stabbing activities scarcely raised an eyebrow.

I was really struck by the collection of 9/11 posts
pasted here yesterday and the, frankly
disgusting, way so many people on SI reacted to that event.

It was very telling.
