Only merger / rumor I am familiar with is with USLD, but the rumor is about 6 months to a year old.
Have to admit I did buy some USLD @ 15.50 (US Long Distance) based on this rumor though, and some DD.

ACCC, I have a target of 60...then a split ... time period one year.
Have had this target since the early 20's. Target based on previous years stock movemnet.

Week traded ACCC profitably twice, now holding my 27 1/8 postition long term (1 year). Found myself always chasing this, and figured one day it would outrun me.
