I doubt. The price held up very well with 2.6 million shares sale. I am sure some fund manager or institution investors picked up big blocks.

However it will be interesting who sold 1.15 million shares (from selling shareholder). If it is insider sale (I doubt because the offer would have said so (the names etc)), then it WOULD BE A PROBLEM. If anyone has found anything thru insidetraders, please post.
