I think you're quote does not match your response. Bush is no where near resigning....Never, never underestimate a neocon. I don't think Bush is a neocon. Cheney is, Rumsfeld is, Rice, Wolfowitz, and Perle are. Even Karl Rove runs with the pack, but Bush is a figurehead, and an empty one at that. Oh, he can be testy and snippy, he can be pious and awestruck, he reads convincingly from the teleprompter, but he is no neocon. He hasn't thought about it. He is a vessel that the neocons have filled.
