At the bottom of CM's latest press release, they claim some proprietary rights.
Had CM been able to put the package together by last Fall as they had hyped they would, they would have easily been at or above WebTv's value. It's the package in it's entirety,including intangibles, that become valuable. Without anything else, the WebTV name holds significant value for a number of reasons.
To the expert on sub-dollar stocks: When CM trades at $1.01 and higher, are they then obligated to be truthful? Nasdaq regulation or something?
Computer Expos are almost a weekly event in this area. Should I keep an eye out for the purple Pacer with the Longhorn hood ornament?
