That's pretty rude, given that you know I didn't lie. Maybe I misunderstood, though. Let's see:

I thought you were taking exception to this remark of Jewel's: "Is there some good reason to drag Kerry's daughter into this? I vote to leave her alone."

I saw that Andy Thomas shared Jewel's dispproval of Thomas's use of Kerry's daughter when his reply to it was, "i second that... let's keep the respective daughters out of the discussion..."

But didn't your taking exception to Jewel's "vote to leave her alone" by replying, "I think its payback for the hatchet job on the Bush girls....you reap what you sow...." clearly express your tacit approval for what Watson did? Weren't you in disagreement with Jewel's opinion?

Maybe you could explain how I "lied" in understanding it that way. Did your comment, "I think its payback for the hatchet job on the Bush girls....you reap what you sow...." actually indicate disapproval for Watson's posts about Kerry's daughter?

The other link, in which you wrote, "Pretty perky for thirty.....<g> ", I didn't say contained tacit approval for Watson's post. I said only that it was hardly a distancing of yourself from disapproval.

If you do indeed disapprove of Watson's use of Kerry's daughter's dress, I apologize for not recognizing that sentiment in the comment bolded above.

I wonder if a jury would say you were showing yourself as on Jewel's and Andy Thomas's side, or as on Watson's? :)
