Some say that the orange jumpsuit on Berg looks like American prison jumpsuits. I've seen hundreds, maybe thousands, of American prison jumpsuits, they don't have that shiny, silky finish, they're extremely hard finish, polycotton. And they are a very dark orange. I thought he was wearing a jog suit of some kind, made out of cheap shiny sleazoid synthetic something-or-other, as much pink as orange.
Others with more experience in cutting off the heads of animals point out that it's not at all an easy thing to do, given all the ligaments and various bones in the neck. About the only bony meat I deal with is chicken, and that does require sharp implements and much effort, although I am pretty good at slicing between joints. Spatchcocking a bird is not for the weak.
