Elmer, AMD 250 2P SpecInt = 37.7 Could you show us the 2P Xeon that outperforms? Why is a 3.2 GHz 2MB Xeon "slow"? It's the fastest Xeon available. Something tells me you didn't read Joe's post closely, and you didn't follow all the links. As for your 4P FUD, AMD 850 4P SpecInt = 68.5. The best 4P Xeon on the Ace's link = 57.2. The best 4P Itanium on the Ace's link = 64.2 Where I come from, 68.5 > 57.2 and 68.5 > 64.2. Do you need to rely on old data to spread your FUD, Elmo? As for FP, a 4P 846 from Appro scores 52.5 peak. Xeon 4P systems are mired in the low 30s. Amazing how much misinformation you spread, Elmer. Doug
