My neighbour in Bled is a retired boss from High-Voltage / Power Transmission unit, will have check with him. In any case it's rumours and I would find them credible if it were IT or similar, because of good and cheap man power... BUT, hey, Iskra has been producing power meters for ages - I have one or two in my own house - . There's been some loud talking and pushing between Pierer and Employees / Trade unions as regards the new EU countries. But you probably know that anyhow. Regards dj
