I simply want to be out of the market by the election in case of an extraordinary event. Keep your eye on the ARMs today. It has been good for the first 45 minutes--staying under .5. I suspect it will move towards .7 or .8 during mid-day but after 2:30 to 3:00 PM, it should head down to .5 or below if this is the start of something good.
