SARASOTA, Fla., May 19, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Elite Flight Solutions, Inc.
(OTCBB: EFLT) announced today that it has acquired approval for additional
equity funding up to fourteen million dollars ($14,000,000).
The funding proceeds will be used to embark on an aggressive growth phase for
the company which will include near term plans to acquire two SAAB 30 passenger
planes for group charter operations and longer term plans to expand to eight
sites nationwide for charter jet services.
The recent transfer of a F.A.R. Part 135 certificate to Elite has set the stage
for the addition of several aircraft to be operated at jetports around the
country. This expansion will include a major increase in Elite's fleet of
available aircraft. Between the new funding and the Part 135 certificate, Elite
will focus on adding aircraft at multiple locations in the heavy, medium and
light aircraft categories.
