I follow industry estimates for IC revenues, but I don't use it or cap ex as a % of revenues in my model. The key for IC revenues is pricing and pricing depends on judicious additions of fab capacity to prevent the usual serious overcapacity. $2.50 EPS requires a jump in Q revenue levels from ~$2B to ~$4B. Nobody is forecasting that, yet. White's $1.50 for '06 is the first I have seen that far out.
