FYI.............Vinick & Soros are buying VVUS! According to the most recent institutional holding list, both George Soros and Jeff Vinick have been accumulating stock. Soros filed for 277,000 shares and Vinik for 1,000,000 shares. Check Bloomberg to verify for those who don't believe. Also earnings estimates for Q3 are .25. Also I am led to believe that Vivus has pumped their monthly production up to north of 770,000 units. With most analyst using 750,000 units per month for their earnings model this should help for a Q3 earnings boost. UK approval is imminent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next stop resistance at 30.........than 42.............Good Luck to all long. Dr Bond
