Intel will probably continue to dominate the high-end, but computing will become much more ubiquitous then it is today and the low-end(cheap x86 and RISC chips) will most likely grow at a faster pace than the high-end. The market for $300 dollar devices is much larger than the market for high-end desktops and workstations as the vast majority of the world can not afford $2000 PCs. Intel wants no part of the sub-$50 chip market as far as I know.
