The Rokwell spin-off is strong in network and communication chips while ATML gets stronger and stronger in RF, images/photo, security, auto electronics, and many areas in consumer electronics. Also, CNXT has much larger debts, partially thanks to the purchase of Intersil's WLAN business, and higher ratios of price/revenue and enterprise value/revenue.
