KL, Amazing how language colors beliefs. For example - take the word 'many', it implies lots. However less than 10% of the Kfor force is American, and there are few reports of American involvement alleged (with tons of press more than willing to do so). A more balance view of the situation is at: unwire.org You can follow some links and find out there are 'some' Americans serving there and perhaps some contributing to this problem. There are 30 countries represented in Kfor and more in UNMIK. John
