That is a really sterling example of trying to be
on both sides of an issue....lol.

He'd actually be able to say that he voted for it (i.e., an anti-abortion judge)
before he voted against it (i.e., anything that could curtail Roe).

Maybe this is his way of responding to the
Church's criticism of his taking communion.
