>Aahhhhh......here we go. The Israelis kill Palestinian children for the best of reasons but Palestinians kill Israeli children for the worst of reasons. Sorry, charlie, but they are both killers of children........and I don't give a flying fukk who thinks they have the better reason.

The difference is that when the Israelis kill children, they're usually "collateral damage" and the Israelis usually at least apologize for it. The Hamas member in question shot those children point blank and was praised for his actions.

Palestinian Protesters Struck by Tank, Helicopter Fire

RAFAH, Gaza Strip, May 19 -- An Israeli helicopter gunship and tank fired rockets and artillery shells at Palestinian protesters on Wednesday as they marched toward a heavily populated neighborhood. At least seven Palestinians were killed and dozens more wounded, many of them children, as explosives and shrapnel ripped through the crowd." <font color=black>

Is the above what you mean by collateral damage? Maybe its just me but I don't see the HUGE difference.

There's a HUGE difference.

HUGE? See above.

As far as I'm concerned, both sides are wrong here, but one society is much better than the other. Even after 40 years of occupation, we don't often see crap from Israelis even on the level of what the U.S. soldiers have done in Abu Ghraib.

Z, first, there are reports of Israeli abuse of their Palestinians prisoners. They just don't get that much airplay in this country.

Secondly, it doesn't matter how the Israelis treat the Palestinians one on one. The fact is they are oppressing a large group of people. Like I said to ET, eventually Israel will pay a price for their position..........and they are the ones that have everything to lose, not the Palestinians.
