Hi John, Hope you are having a terrific day. Definitely. Sounds like yours is going well, too. Particularly, if you have time to listen seriously to the political humor that passes for political talk on radio talk shows. As for the property tax increases affect on me and mine, looks as if we'll have to sell the home in the mountains, and will start looking to sell the home at the shore. Are you interested? ;-)
