So you are saying that every one of the abused detainees
were captured in uniform & while fighting for Saddam? If
not, they are not afforded any protections under the Third
and Fourth Geneva Conventions.

The Geneva Conventions spell out protections for a)
uniformed soldiers, b) civilians. They also say that
armies who catch spies or saboteurs in civilian dress are
entitled to shoot them or detain them indefinitely, as
military necessity requires. They do not get the
protections of the Third and Fourth Geneva conventions.
(hat tip to Nadine Carroll)

But hey, I can't blame you completely. Liberal politicians
& the liberal media have sold you so many lies that it
isn't entirely your fault that you actually believe so
many of them to be true. It's when you are exposed to the
truth that I find it contemptible that you won't admit you
were wrong & also that you won't ever hold those who sold
you so many lies in serious contempt. Meanwhile you will
hold the Bush Admin in contempt for alleged lies, sans any
credible evidence whatsoever - go figure.

They are harming this country with their by any means
necessary approach to politics.
