Nothing lowly about the potatoe !Especially when it is dripping with salt fat and spice . Some of the latest tortilla chips are great like the Red Hot Blues... should cook potatoes more often, with carrots & cabbage even ...going to try and eat more brown rice too and simplify to eat less. That's what religion teaches me ... save alot of cash too...but won't be donating to Mr Elect or Emiles church's anytime soon. ;-) PS : If Jesus could live sometimes on locusts , simple bread and wild fruit ... least I could do is try and eat more potatoes.
