I was saying that a Canadian and an American can iron out, say, a business problem over a couple of beers after work, while a Canandian and German would need a week, of measuring each other, seeking the best strategy to open up the discussion and trying to discover how the guys could bullshit you, that kind of thing.

That because an American and a Canadian tick the same way.
