My double from CY05 to CY07 is based on an assumption that the last 3 years of this upturn will see a return to normal upcycle purchasing patterns. This is inconsistent with the idea that the industry loses its cyclical character, so my estimates will be too high if cyclical excess is replaced with slower, stable growth.

They will not move to a buy because they will be confused and will not want to make a commitment.
