Rich: Yes, it does look like a complex head and shoulders with the two right shoulders. Volume seems to line up. There is a question in my mind as to whether there was a neckline break (depends on how you draw it) and the volume on the possible break is not there ...yet. And to be a confirmed head and shoulders, there must be a decisive break of the neckline. I do not see it ...yet.

However, I note on the weekly and daily charts that it is oversold... more so than the market. And it is resting on the weekly lower bollinger band. So the question is then is this a consolidation move where it goes back up (in a channel?) or is it the beginning of the end for this issue?

I guess I would wait for the broader market to bottom before making that assessment. As I have posted on Investor's Hub, I don't think it has yet.

Yet, I think the sale at $70 was excellent and looking at a longer term chart it was a sale in the same area of the highs during bubble time and at the highs of a longer term trading range.
