Canada, I recently read some complains from Chinese who have immigrated to Canada. They said that what Canada needs are blue color workers/non-skilled labor, but the requirement/focus is more towards skilled-labor/college graduates. As a result, plenty of Chinese immigrants, after spending a lot of money finally moving in to Canada, only to find there is NO job available for them, except sales/restaurant...! I read that plenty of people from Taiwan have already migrated back to Taiwan, or a couple of them may even back to China<g>.
