The cash they raised, with the equity financing. Does anyone recollect what the prospectus described as 'purpose for use of proceeds' ? Their timing was surely excellent. A very good economic/market environment to have a bunch of cash. I would imagine they are looking at an acquisition, at some point in time. Fox.
