RRanney,

The Canadian Banks have all had a sell off in respect to rates going
higher in the States. All have made a bottom in the short term and are trying to go higher. TD had a double top and false breakout at 45.20 last week and then sold off down to 39.50. TD traded has high as 42.00 today. The Canadian Banks start reporting earnings at the end of the month. TD earnings are suppose to be on Aug. 29. Hope this helps.
