If my memory serves me correct, both Soros and Vinick filed a 13f reporting their holdings. In addition, a money mangager does not have to be public for Bloomberg to report 13f holdings. But just for verification I will bring home tomorrow the actual Bloomberg information and e-mail it to you if you wish.

Also, a 13d filing is required if one aquires more than 5%.

Please note I believe the holdings were reported as a 13f filing, but I will also re-verify that tomorrow!
