Bill: It sounds as if you are either: 1. Short AVNT and wrong on your speculation. 2. Missed buying AVNT 20+ points ago and bitter. 3. A Cadence employee, and feel threatened by AVNT's product inroads. 4. Simply buying into all the hype and misinformation you read regarding the pending legal action againist Hsu et. al. I always thought citizens are innocent until proven guilty, obviously you have decided on the courts behalf, so all the litigation can stop now. Assuming Cadence wins all litigation againist AVNT, the company will be far from ruined. The suits only pertain to a few products. AVNT has bought several companies in the last two years, most recent being COMPASS, and these products will continue to generate significant revenue for the company. At most AVNT pays a stiff fine and pays royalties on the violated patents. Also AVNT is the shareholders company, not that of the managers, they can be replaced if need be. I eagerly await your reply... relevant facts please.
