Is it just me or does it seem like we are setting up for a huge dump of major proportions? All we need is another negative catalyst. There is absolutely no way the powers that be will allow oil prices to drop, imo (energy bill or no energy bill). There is no question that interest rates are going to rise, the only question is how fast. The media will NEVER put a positive spin on the situation in Iraq. So, regardless of what Mr. "bull" Battipaglia says about us in a trading range, these issues are not going to go away. We've had stellar earnings on most fronts and most of the US economic numbers are positive or improving but the market is clearly voting with it's feet and running for cover.

I fail to see what will spark any buying interest with the exception of a major dump that will finally attract some of the sideline money into the market.

I know there are plenty of bulls on this thread but I just can't see a positive catalyst on the horizon.
